Lead Talent becomes a CMI Recognised Centre for Leadership & Management Qualifications.

 

Yorkshire-based Lead Talent Management Consultancy has announced it is now an officially CMI Recognised Centre, approved to deliver CMI Management and Leadership qualifications, marking a major milestone in the consultancy’s continued growth and impact across the SME sector.

Following six months of detailed collaboration, quality assurance and programme validation with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Lead Talent has aligned its leadership development content, delivery frameworks and internal processes to CMI’s professional standards.

The recognition enables Lead Talent to launch its first CMI Level 3 Management and Leadership programme in May 2026, giving aspiring and established managers the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification alongside Lead Talent’s practical, real-world approach to leadership development.

The validation process required a comprehensive review of Lead Talent’s programmes, learner journey, assessment methods and quality assurance systems, ensuring participants benefit from leadership development that is both professionally accredited and grounded in workplace application.
