My expertise has been gained from 25+ years’ experience working in the recruitment and staffing space, with a focus on strategy implementation.

It all started whilst studying an MSc. in Quality Management and doing some temporary work, I joined the agency as a Recruitment consultant and my journey in the industry began! I quickly progressed to Branch Manager, but with an avid interest in process and compliance, I became the UK Audit Manager, responsible for auditing 64 locations throughout the UK. My passion for strategy became evident, and for the last 10 years, I have focussed specifically on strategy, development, and implementation projects across a broad range of operational areas as Strategic Operations Manager.

Moving on, at Lead Talent, as Head of Business Integration, I now get to fulfil my ambition and work with a variety of exciting and entrepreneurial businesses, putting my skills and experience to great use.

My expertise has been acquired from 20+ years working in Leadership and Development.

I started my Leadership career in 2002 and became an award-winning, successful manager and developer of teams, in a commercial environment. I took the opportunity to move into a training and coaching focussed role as my passion is working with people to help them to achieve their specific objectives.

I am a qualified coach and mental health first aider and have many years’ experience helping people to achieve their goals, promotions, alongside personal and business growth. I also believe in my own personal development and ensuring that I am equipped to pass that learning on to others so that they can benefit from it.

I’m the Team Support Coordinator and Business Administrator at Lead Talent. Ultimately, I am a team player who understands the needs of the day to day running of the business.

I’ve been here 4 years and am highly organised, ensuring that invoices are paid on time and all financial operations from invoices, salaries, payments and purchases are in order.

I am technically astute, making sure that everyone in the office has access to programs, apps and other technical functions ensuring that Lead Talent runs efficiently.

I have worked as a design team leader, a team member, and an independent consultant, giving me a 360-degree view of the creative process. My experience ranges from producing large-scale publications and integrated marketing campaigns to building dynamically driven websites for government, third-sector, and private-sector clients.
