David is the Head of Leadership Development and Mentoring at Lead Talent. A qualified coach and mental health first aider, he has spent over 21 years supporting and coaching individuals to reach their true potential through both operational and leadership roles. These roles have been across a number of businesses giving him a broad sector knowledge, ensuring that advice given, works for you. He is invested in everyone he works in partnership with. The focus is always on recognising areas of development to build confidence and competence, so true leadership potential can be reached.

Confidence is built by identifying vulnerabilities and offering practical tools to manage and build.

Competence is developed by individual mentoring and small group courses all tailored to each candidates’ specific needs, building knowledge and skill sets that can be applied in practical situations.
