Talent Sourcing Team Leader

Lead Talent is keen to recruit a Talent Sourcing Team Leader to join a leading recruitment brand based in Rotherham with long established relationships within the gaming and tech space, you will be recruiting for permanent vacancies both in the UK and Internationally.

Naturally as a team leader you’ll not only be capable of managing a team but will relish the opportunity to take a team of Resourcers under your wing at the outset of their career and guide, coaching and develop them into a strong operating team. This team will be dedicated to undertaking the full candidate sourcing process from screening to contact chain and database management to ensure candidate relationships are not only maintained but nurtured.

In this Team Leader role, you’ll be taking the reins in guiding, coaching and developing a team of Resourcers who focus on all candidate sourcing, from screening all new candidate enquiries, to effectively and consistently contacting candidates through their extensive database to keep up to date with candidates current and future requirements.

Your team members will be at the beginning of their recruitment career and looking to you as Team Leader to set the pace and lead by example. Their learning, development and training are all supported by their internal L&D team, along with your daily support in coaching and leading the team.

You will also manage your own vacancies along with ensuring your team delivers on the daily, weekly and monthly expectations. This role is all about candidate generation, management and leading a team. Purely focused on candidate generation and recruitment as opposed to sales.

You will ensure all associated recruitment activities are delivered from creating engaging content for vacancies, formatting CVs and effective management of the CRM system.
