Business Development Manager (Recruitment)

Already leading the market in their offerings to both candidates and clients alike, with technology solutions and a long list of key national clients they partner with. The key to this company’s success is building long term relationships; they believe in what’s right for their customers and not simply their share owners.

You may be a Senior Consultant or Branch Manager looking to focus on the business development part of the role and ready to change your focus.

• You will be focussing on managing either the Yorkshire or the Midlands area supporting their branch network with larger client wins.

• Working closely with the branch teams to support future business wins and ensuring service delivery and excellence once these new clients go live.

• You will also play a key part in ensuring the activation of these accounts are successfully implemented.

• You will be able to demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of the market, your wins and most importantly, you will know what it takes to be successful and able to motivate yourself to achieve this.

You will be truly stepping into a long-term sustainable career and be financially rewarded for your efforts by having one of the best bonus schemes in this sector. This could be up to 10% of your gross margin generation, paid monthly. So simple and so achievable.

Generous basic salary DOE, with up to £50K, plus Car Allowance and uncapped bonus earning.
