Customer Account Manager

What?

Based in a great work space, working closely with the planning and production teams, you’ll be at the forefront of all orders and their lifecycle. You will:

  • Effectively manage a smooth ordering process by providing an essential gateway for the customer and both the production and planning teams, creating a seamless journey from order to the finished product reaching their end customer.
  • Manage the orders from a core client base, building effective working relationships and ensuring all detail specialisation are accounted for, pre-empting issues and providing a connection to both the customer and the shop floor.

Who?

  • Whilst communication skills are key, we’re also looking for an individual who thrives in providing quality data, and able to work in a systematic process.
  • You’ll be able to manage and build relationships with both customers and colleagues, alike.
  • We’re keen to hear from individuals who have worked in a manufacturing setting and effectively managed the customer ordering journey.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and take an organised approach to work.
  • You will have competent MS Excel skills and work with Order Management systems.
