You’ll be joining a specialist technical recruitment firm, with a long history of providing both temporary and permanent solutions throughout the UK, working with many key suppliers in their sector. They hold a real commitment delivering the highest standards of excellence and meaningful change in their industry.

The opportunity will see you taking the reins of a busy permanent technical desk, covering senior appointments, you will maintain the success of this desk in delivering permanent solution, alongside supporting two Trainee Consultants who manage a busy temporary division.

You will support your team in setting the tone and pace of the division, mentoring and coaching, along with ensuring their personal development plans are delivered and in turn they reach their full potential.
