Talent Support Manager
As Support Services Manager (Candidate Engagement/Support Division), you will take the lead in developing and driving this hugely important division within this leading Social and Healthcare recruitment brand.
This is a newly created role to support their exciting growth plans. Initially leading a team of 5 with expansion to 13+.
A true management role, offering an extended service to its valued Temporary workforce.
From initial onboarding, to daily and weekly support and guidance, offering exceptional customer support and service and ensuring the candidate experience is second to none.
You’ll be involved in people development and talent recruitment, along with developing and implement processes to maximise attraction retentions and placement of all candidates.
You’ll also review market trends, feedback, and MI to ensure this leading recruiter responds positively to an ever-changing market.
I’m keen to hear from Recruitment Team Leaders or Recruitment Managers looking to focus on the Talent Management and Support Services function of the recruitment process.
