Senior Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a commercial recruitment expert with a track record and passion for new business development. You will have a focus on maximising existing business along with continually pipelining, winning new clients and generating opportunities to service both temporary and permanent needs.

You will be building on their existing track record of success and looking to open new doors with key commercial clients on a national basis. You will be supporting their network of branches, building on their outstanding track record and proven case studies with key employers, you will be supported by their centralised marketing function and supported by a forward-thinking management team.

You will thrive in a role where your primary focus is new business development and wins. You’ll be able to manage a contact chain, consistently hunting out new leads and opportunities while being able to present and secure new contract wins at a local, regional and national basis.

We’re keen to speak to individuals who have a recent and strong track record in the commercial and professional recruitment space.
