This is an opportunity for a talented Branch Manager to step up into a Regional Manager role in Oxfordshire. This is a newly created role in line with our clients continued growth.
You’ll be joining an exciting and award-winning recruiter with a strong and credible track record in commercial/office professional recruitment expertise, with intense investment planned for 2022 in their social presence, its marketing and technology offering.
Your core remit will be to lead, support and develop a network of branches around
the Oxfordshire area.
Also balancing a role which encompasses:
- people management and development
- financial planning and delivery
- client maximisation through customer reviews and developments
- ensuring operational practices are executed and maximised
Core to the role is focusing on leading and developing the Branch Managers who will impact positively on the teams in delivering and exceeding annual budgets; achieving employee retention, engagement and succession planning through along with upskilling and supporting your direct managers.
We’re keen to speak to Commercial/Office recruitment managers who are ready to advance their careers, or you may already be a Regional Manager but keen to join a recruitment brand going places.
You will naturally be ambitious and as someone with a growth mindset you’ll thrive in people development and management, leading by example. This role needs a strategic thinker who is happy to embed themselves in the branches by setting the pace and the tone for the region.
