Established in 2012 by Patrick Maloney, Lead Talent is a highly experienced, people-focused Management
Consultancy working with SME’s in the UK and overseas, helping clients realise their commercial objectives,
through sustainable, profitable growth. The team specialise in the three fundamental areas of any successful
business: Strategy, Talent and Brand.
This next member of the team will need an unwavering passion for L&D and be hungry for a new challenge. A
strategic thinker, you’ll be able to assess the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determine the very
best training solution in order to retain and foster growth in their people.
You’ll be responsible for every stage of the learning & development journey including the development of new
business, planning, designing, delivering and evaluating a range of leadership training solutions for our clients.
You’ll command a room and deliver an engaging and powerful learner experience through strong communication
and your demonstrable recruitment knowledge and experience.
