Internal Recruitment Manager

This is a newly created role and will support their exciting expansion plans along with creating a blueprint to roll out to their sister companies.

With a blend of permanent and contract hires, you will be forefront in talent attracting and future talent pipelining aligned with projects and their growth strategy. Always seeking to improve times to hire and reduce external recruitment spend. From managing social media campaigns to job boards, to mapping future talent and conducting a range of headhunting approaches.

You will take the lead in designing their candidate recruitment journey and centralising all recruitment activities.

You’ll drive their employee value proposition to include a range of local activities to include developing partnerships with Universities for the next generation of graduate intakes.

We’re ideally keen to speak to Internal Recruiters from a Food Manufacturing environment (with experience of the construction design and build sector would be advantageous) who may be looking to carve a career and really make a mark for yourself with this rapidly growing business and its group of sister companies. We’re also open to speaking with recruiters with knowledge of the food and beverage manufacturing sector

With their head Office based in the East Midlands, this role offers a work from home with occasional office presence, so open to a 1 to 2-hour commute.
