Lead Talent is on the search for an Internal Recruiter to join a leading fundraising company who support a wide range of Charities across the UK.
You will take the lead in managing the high volume of recruitment campaigns, to source fundraisers and deliver on expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting for fundraisers who support door-to-door campaigning and venue teams around the UK.
- You will lead the attraction, the screening and the placing of high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Creating impactful attraction methods and consistently sourcing new ideas to advertise needs.
- Talent pipelining.
- Managing the candidate process from initial engagement to placement.
Initially, your role will see you actively involved in recruitment campaigns with the aim to progress and build a team around you as this growing organisation continues to flourish.
Recruiting on personality and attitude, not just a CV; you will be involved in high volume recruiting on a weekly basis, so you’ll be a natural communicator who thrives in talking to people – day in day out.
We are keen to hear from recruiters with a strong track record, passionate about charities and may even have former experience of working as a fundraiser. You may have worked in a similar environment or supported high volume recruitment within direct sales, customer services or call centres.
