HR Recruitment Manager

With a key focus to work alongside an already established client and candidate base whilst recruiting, managing and developing consultants along with raising their brand presence in the Thames Valley area.

Responsible for both your individual and team’s performance in placing both Temporary and Permanent HR staffing solutions from entry-level to Director level.

You’ll also take the lead in motivating, coaching, developing and monitoring the performance and skills of your team. Currently a team of two with plans to grow to a team of five in the next 12 months.

Along with maximising all existing client relationships, you will take the lead in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities through various methods, with one key aspect involving networking with both candidates and clients at every opportunity.

We’re keen to hear from Recruitment Managers ideally with a strong track record in HR recruitment or those who have worked well within the commercial recruitment marketplace and seeking an opportunity to specialise with one of the best in their field.

On offer is a salary of upto £50K DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus.
