Customer Sales and Account Executive
Ready to embrace an exciting challenge to make your mark? We’re seeking a Customer Sales and Account Executive to support, maintain and grow relationships within key independent retail accounts.
We are delighted to be working with a fresh, energetic, forward thinking e-commerce business that is really going places with exciting plans to upscale and execute rapid growth both in the UK and Europe.
The role involves driving the growth of a portfolio of independent retailers, fostering and maintaining strong relationships and providing great customer experience. The client base is an integral part of this brand’s continued success, remaining critical to the business growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will:
- thrive in building and maintain strong relationships;
- be a natural self-starter and keen to exceed expectation at all times;
- build multi layered relationships and optimise all sales and opportunities;
- look for solutions and improvements in each relationship.
Whilst this is an office-based role, there will be an opportunity for hybrid working and will lead to face to face account management, ultimately building a team as the brand continues to grow.
We’re keen to speak to individuals who have previous experience of sales or account management. Able to demonstrates strong negotiation and communication.
You’ll have a competitive spirit and a passion for selling, high affinity to their brand linked to the health and fitness sector, with a keen interest in products high energy levels and inspiring ability to maintain positive outlook through adverse business challenges.
