Client Development Manager (Healthcare)
We’re searching for two Client Development Managers to join this exciting recruitment group. Your core focus will be to drive new business wins along with account maximisation for their specialist Doctor staffing brands.
With a core focus to drive the growth of their existing client portfolio of NHS trusts and Private Sector clients, along with planning and achieving new business wins within the primary and secondary care trusts. You’ll cover the wide spectrum of surgeries to private specialists and unique settings such as cruise liners.
New business and account management activities sit at the heart of your working day. Along with generating and attending client meetings, supporting the tendering stage, collaborating and communicating with the delivery teams to ensure maximum understanding and fulfilment of all your business generation and hard work.
You will thrive in relationship building and be driven to continuously keep building and converting your prospect pipeline. We’d love to hear about your achievements and sales successes within your recruitment journey to date.
Ideally, Healthcare recruitment sector knowledge would be of benefit, however, we’re open to considering recruiters seeking a sector shift to Healthcare recruitment.
On offer is a generous basic up to £50K DOE, car allowance, and realistic year 1 OTE £75K with raising OTE year on year.
It’s a remote role with travel within your patch either the North, the Midlands, or the South all depending on your home-office location.
