Business Development Manager

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager for a client who has experienced year on year growth and weathered the recent storm!

We are keen to hear from Business Development Managers with expertise in the recruitment sector – industrial knowledge is a desirable.

As a Business Development Manager you will take responsibility for:

  • Driving and delivering the branch as well as onsite growth strategy
  • Controlling each step of the sales cycle
  • Driving the sales plans
  • Tender proposals
  • Demonstrating their solution models
  • Achieving multi-key business wins and maximising client relationships

As the Business Development Manager you will focus on this recruiter’s presence around the West Midlands area in building opportunities for Industrial/Onsite and driving recruitment from local ad-hoc needs to key account wins.
