This recruiter has an exciting 2021 planned with strong investments in their social presence, its marketing and technology offering.

We’re looking for a commercial recruitment expert with a track record and passion for new Business Development, to build and lead the growth of their commercial offerings to its network of eight branches, currently covering central England.   A key focus will be to maximise existing business along with continually pipelining and winning new clients as well as generating opportunities to service both temporary and permanent needs.

You will be building on their existing track record of success and looking to open new doors with key commercial clients on a national basis.  You will be supported by their centralised marketing function and supported by a forward-thinking management team.

You will thrive in a role where your primary focus is new business development and wins, be able to manage a contact chain, consistently hunt out new leads and opportunities and be able to present and secure new contract wins at a local, regional and national basis.

We’re keen to speak to individuals who have a recent and strong track record in the commercial/office and professional recruitment space. You may be a Branch Manager or a Principle Consultant who is keen to shift gears and look at a purely Business Development role, or you may currently be working as part of a sales team but looking to join a growing and reputable recruiter.
