Business Development Executive (Healthcare Recruitment)

Joining their Sales Team, you’ll focus on their heartland of the West Midlands, where this recruiter has its strongest track record and extensive database of candidates of nursing and healthcare professionals. Building on existing recruitment relationships for both temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment, along with pipelining and contacting new businesses.

This role will involve high volume telephone and video calls, along with attending client meetings. You’ll feel part of a successful team and enjoy the trimmings of uncapped bonus from your GP generation, on a monthly basis. Along with your basic salary of £25K you will also receive a car allowance, taking the package to £28.5K plus monthly bonus. OTE varies depending on your efforts but in year 1 you could be enjoying an extra £12-15K bonus.

We’re keen to hear from sales professionals with a recent track record within the recruitment sector. Healthcare experience would be preferred but if you’re looking to move into this sector, we’re open to talking to recruiters with similar sector experience. You may enjoy the sales aspect of your recruitment role and looking to step away from the delivery and service side of recruitment; if so, this is a perfect opportunity to maximise your strengths.
