Branch Manager Leeds

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment/Branch Manager to join one of our leading clients based out of their Leeds Office.

You’ll be joining a well established branch, offering a strong and loyal existing client base and boasting a multi-sector model delivering services range of sectors. (inc. Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics.)

We are keen to speak to experienced Recruitment Managers or Branch Managers who can offer an all-round management style to lead and develop the team.

You will have:

• exceptional client focus, along with driving new business wins and ensuring best practice at all times.
• proven experience of managing within a recruitment business.
• evidence of a successful operational billing background.
• a passion and previous experience of developing and managing recruiters.
• strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills with initiative and a real drive to grow and develop a multi sector recruitment branch within a national network.
