Account Manager Onsite
You’ll be joining a leading UK recruitment brand, who leads the market in providing exceptional onsite solutions through delivery/management and innovative technology.
You’ll be taking overall responsibility for this site, actively involved in building and working closely with the client for planning and fulfilling temporary requirements. Working to agreed service level agreements and managing the life cycle of the temporary worker from attraction, selection through to weekly management. You’ll also report and ensure accurate compliance at all times.
Whilst the site operates day and night shifts, you will only be responsible for the day shifts and working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Consistently managing 60-70 temps and supporting peak periods of up to 120 temporary workers
We’re ideally seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager, with a track record in volume recruitment. Able to work in a stand-alone role, whilst supported by the Onsite division. You’ll also be seeking an opportunity to make a mark with a new contract and grow with this great recruitment company.
