Business Development & Key Account Manager
This newly created role will involve developing a portfolio of key national accounts. Managing all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to delivery and management of the tender process and ensuring all compliance and legal requirements are fulfilled before supplying construction staff to temporary/contracts and permanent requirements.
Your focus will be to build their presence within the main contractors and larger construction companies around the UK. Attaining supplier status to deliver on both Trades and Labour along with White Collar Construction recruitment requirements. This recruiter has a strong current footprint in the Construction recruitment space and they are now ready to build upon their UK presence.
You’ll be working in a blended role of new business development to managing the supplier submissions and contract reviews and renewals.
Ideally, you will be based in the North West. However, the role offers a mix of office and work from home options with regular UK travel to visit and present to prospective clients.
You will have a recent track record in new business development within the Construction recruitment space, along with a good grasp of the bid and tender process. You’ll be happy to conduct this element of the role as a key part of your responsibilities.
