Whilst this role is classed as a Recruitment Consultant, due to the high availability of clients and bookings, the key elements of this role involve, booking coordination and fulfillment, strong candidate management and continuous client service. Moving away from portal recruitment and offering a direct relationship with clients.
As part of the role, working within the nursing home sector, you will take ownership to manage a region by building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a proactive service to the client but the current client base will also keep you busy.

Due to the nature of healthcare recruitment and the service offerings to both its candidates and clients, you will need to be flexible and available to work Monday to Friday in two shifts patterns of 7am to 4pm and 12noon to 9pm, along with 1 in every six weekends on-call support.
