Account Co-ordinator (Onsite)

Working in a manufacturing environment, you will mainly manage the temporary requirements of unskilled and semi-skilled workers within this busy manufacturing/distribution centre.

Working to agreed service level agreements and managing the life cycle of temporary workers from attraction, selection through to weekly management. Dealing with all temporary workers’ enquiries and building close working relationships with the shop floor supervisory teams.  You’ll also collate weekly team sheets and payroll along with maintaining accurate information on all temporary workers.

We’re ideally seeking an experienced Onsite Account Co-ordinator, with a track record in volume recruitment. This role can develop long-term into a Contract Manager role for the right candidate.
