Compliance Officer (Fundraising Sector)
Joining a professional fundraising agency specialising in lottery subscriptions direct from the public to their charity network, where ethical practices sit at the core of all their work.
This is a highly critical and respected role within the company, so we’re keen to hear from strong Compliance and Quality experts looking to build a career with a truly ethical and customer-focused fundraising business who have experienced year-on-year growth.
Once in position, you will have the enviable opportunity to truly make your mark and shape the Compliance and Quality operations.
As you can appreciate this is a heavily regulated sector governed by strict codes of conduct that need to be adhered to without compromise. Whilst being supported by the wider company, this is a stand-alone role, with full responsibility for the compliance division, you will therefore take the lead in ensuring both the legal requirements and the company’s best practice methods are continually adhered to.
You’ll be comfortable in providing both strategic input at a senior level, alongside the provision of the essential day-to-day monitoring of sign-ups. You will be the first point of contact for clients, who regularly attend quality check meetings and who will require regular and detailed reporting.
Naturally you can also look forward to working closely with the Institute of Fundraising and Gambling Commission. Your policy writing and implementation experience will be second nature to you and your experience.
GDPR will play a key part in this role, so we’re keen to hear from successful GDPR champions who are au fait with the challenges this important business area can present.
