The Challenge

Bright Futures deliver great quality community based care and education to a growing number of children and adults with autism, learning disabilities and associated complex needs in high quality locations in the North West. Ahead of a major expansion, the senior team approached Lead Talent to review their proposition and brand. The objective to ensure that Bright Futures was the first choice for parents and authorities when choosing a care provider.

Our aim: to elevate the amazing work that Bright Futures undertakes and reaffirm their position as the providers of the best quality education and homes for their vulnerable residents and pupils.

The Foundation

The nature of the care and support that Bright Futures provides is complex.  Each resident and pupil receives individual development and education plans, providing wrap around care. Our in depth discovery collated all the assessment processes, the extensive support programmes, detailing the Bright Futures network of homes and schools within which the team provide the amazing Bright Futures care.

With the support of the senior team we then refined rebuilt the proposition centred around the three uniques of:

  • We Are Specialist In Complex Needs.
  • We Offer Personalised Support and Education For Your Journey.
  • Grounded In The Community.

Our absolute focus was to make it clear and understandable for our audience. Once the proposition, values and tone of voice were complete, we then set about building a visual identity that reflected their proposition and importantly set them apart in this competitive field.

 

Ignition

It was important that the brand relaunch was comprehensive and extensive.

We undertook a co-ordinated launch plan to ensure every audience touch point was refreshed at exactly the same time:

  • Homes and Schools were rebranded with all new signage.
  • A new website was launched.
  • Social media channels were relaunched.
  • All collateral replaced, all while we presented to the team at a brand relaunch event.

They arrived in the old Bright Futures and left entering the new. The positive reaction was overwhelming.

+213%    Job applicants in 3 months with the cost of attracting each applicant down by 64% as more candidates are attracted directly through Bright Futures channels.
